The 24x7 per call plans are ideally suited for companies that need 24x7 coverage for Phone support. Phone support pricing is based on minutes used per month.
The minimum purchase is 100 minutes.
Sleepwell Phone support plans
Sleepwell Phone support plans are ideal when you already have day time staff and want a solution for after hour support. These plans cover all calls in a 10 hour period from 8pm to 6am MST (Mountain Standard time), everyday.
Sleepwell Phone support pricing is based on minutes used per month.
The minimum purchase is 100 minutes.

- Phone support plans can be used along with Fixed plans for email based Tech support like the Per Server plan, Startup plan, Sleepwell plan and the Per Ticket plan for coverage of Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues. If you prefer to use phone support only, Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues will be forwarded to you via your Ticketing system.
